Jenna Von Oy - A Blossoming Beauty

Jenna von Oy is best known as Six LeMeure, the chatty sidekick on the family-friendly 1990s TV series Blossom. Her on-screen career began in commercials (she was featured in a Bill Cosby Jell-O commercial when she was a kid), and she had a small role in Oliver Stone's Born on the Fourth of July (1989, starring Tom Cruise). Most of Jenna von Oy work has been on television, including appearances in the sitcom The Parkers, voice work for the animated series Pepper Ann and guest appearances on TV shows like 7th Heaven and Chicago Hope.

The title role in Blossom was played by actress Mayim Bialik... Many episodes of Blossom were directed by Bill Bixby... On her official site, von Oÿ says her birth name was Jennifer but that she began calling herself Jenna at age two, and has since legally changed her name to Jenna... On the same site she reports that she is exactly five feet tall.


Jenna Von Oy's Music career
In June 2000, Jenna von Oÿ recorded a demo CD in an attempt to launch a recording career in country music. Her debut album, Breathing Room, was released on September 18, 2007.

Jenna von Oy began her professional acting career at the age of six, when she landed her first big break in a Jell-O Pudding Pop commercial with Bill Cosby. Since then, Jenna von Oy's twenty-four year career has been in high gear.

Jenna von Oy most recently appeared as a guest lead on Cold Case, and in an ABC pilot as Brenda Blethyn's daughter. She has also guest starred on such shows as Chicago Hope, 7th Heaven, Martin, and Unhappily Ever After. Jenna von Oy has co-starred in several movies of the week including Dying To Belong, opposite Hillary Swank, and She Cried No for NBC.

Jenna von Oy has also been successful outside the world of television. Jenna von Oy's feature film debut was for director Oliver Stone in the film Born On The Fourth of July. Jenna von Oy most recently worked opposite Regina King and Blair Underwood in the independent film Truth Be Told.

Jenna von Oy is an accomplished singer, and spends much of her time in Nashville, writing and recording. Jenna von Oy released her debut album, "Breathing Room" in September of 2007.
