TANYA MEMME (born on June 15, 1971 in Wainfleet, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian actress. TANYA MEMME has been host of A&E's Sell This House[1], Move This House and a correspondent for Global TV's Entertainment Tonight Canada. TANYA MEMME has made appearances on the television programs JAG, Melrose Place, The Practice, Robotica and CSI: Miami. TANYA MEMME was crowned Miss World Canada in 1993.

In Los Angeles TANYA MEMME was a co-host of CBS 2's 9 On The Town series in 2004. TANYA MEMME appeared in commercials for TVG, the horse racing network, and represented DirecTV in a number of customer education segments.
TANYA MEMME has appeared on many talk shows including The View. She has been featured in numerous magazine and newspaper articles in the United States and Canada

TANYA MEMME is well-known in Los Angeles as the former host of CBS-2’s "9 On the Town” and ABC-7’s “Eye on LA.” Nationally, TANYA MEMME appeared in the living room of 12 million viewers as the face of “DirecTV” and she was the host of three seasons of TLC’s “Robotica”. She was a sports reporter for KCBS' Fan Cam and an entertainment reporter for both Warner Bros./Telepictures and CBS. As a well trained actor, singer and dancer, TANYA MEMME has also starred in roles on The Practice, JAG, CSI Miami, Saturday Night Live with Sylvester Stallone, various independent films and she just finished shooting her first lead-role in a feature film, starring Corey Feldman in the movie “Terror Inside”. At age fifteen TANYA MEMME left rural Wainfleet, Ontario, Canada, a strong Italian Catholic background and a childhood where she grew up on a 200-acre sod farm to further her career. Under the expert tuition of her mentor Shirley Yeszman, TANYA MEMME had already demonstrated a strong passion for dance and set her sights on training hard and becoming a performer. TANYA MEMME has judged and taught many young dancers in Canada since then. Also trained, taught and guided by the efforts of Geoffrey Chapman (Geoffrey Chapman Complete Success Models), TANYA MEMME began competing in local beauty pageants. By 1994, she was crowned Miss World Canada. A roller-coaster sequence of events ensued that Tanya now looks back on as “the best and worst experience” all rolled into one. Five months into her reign, after competing in the Miss World Pageant in Sun City, South Africa, TANYA MEMME made the shocking decision to give back her crown. TANYA MEMME then decided to move to New York City and attended the prestigious American Musical & Dramatic Academy.

Aside from her busy schedule, TANYA MEMME loves to nourish one of her life’s purposes by giving empowering motivational speeches to parents and teens. TANYA MEMME expresses her key life philosophies by which she lives, creating abundance, success and happiness.
